What is your feedback when an ad does not offer contact info

Postby innovative_marketing on Wed Nov 05, 2008 5:48 pm

Hello

My name is Donna Barcus and what I am about to share is in reference to an observation with regards to ad campaigns I receive ln my INBOX.

Please let explain as briefly as I possibly can.

I'm sure you would agree that you would like to know atleast the person's name that has submitted the ad and hopefully; an eMail address, so you can contact them directly for any questions or concerns you may have.

Yes, I would agree that most WEB sites offer a FAQ section, but there has been times that one can not always find the answer(s) they are insearch of in the FAQ section. Plus; I'm sure you would agree that you want to know from the member's perspective that is promoting the product or service what their own personal experience has been with the company, especially getting paid on time and what type of support have they received (if any) and has the product/service been beneficiall to them and possibly a host of other questions/concerns as well.

Although; it is my conclusing and my personal opinion...when I do read an ad that does not included their name and an eMail address, all they are wanting from the reader of their ad is to make a purhase.

It is very unfortunate that most people don't realize when they submit their ad campaign without a proper signature line, there is a strong possibility they just lost the sale to someone else that did offer there contact info that is promoting the same product or service.

If you are one that is submitting ads without offering your contact info, is it worth loosing the sale to someone that included their contact info in their ad?

Thank you and I welcome your comments: good/bad or indifferent.
